Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations
• Process and audit high-volume payroll (staffing or multi-employee environments preferred)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Support audits and assist with tax filings as needed

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience (staffing, payroll, or high-volume environment preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with payroll systems and accounting software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Compensation & Benefits
