What You’ll Do:
- Close the Deal: Follow up on pre-qualified leads and convert them into happy customers.
- Be the Expert: Measure lawns accurately and provide professional, courteous service.
- Collaborate: Work both independently Inside sales, Door to Door Sales and as a vital part of our sales and marketing team.
- Competitive pay and full-time hours (40+ per week).
- Comprehensive industry and company-specific training.
- Clear pathways for advancement.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional appearance.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus: Previous lawn care knowledge or sales experience is a plus!
