Seasonal Sr. Customer Assistance Representative-Lot PDX Airport

Seasonal Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) Location: Portland International Airport (7240 NE Airport Way, Portland, OR) Schedule: 5:30pm - 2:00am, 5 days a week Pay: Starting at $21/hr based on a 40‑hour a week work schedule. Responsibilities Take incoming calls—reservations, rate quotes, general questions, and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner Provide directions and general assistance Assist in assessing the condition of a rental upon return Process returns, check‑ins, and exit kiosk transactions Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and process customer billing Perform miscellaneous and backup job-related duties as assigned Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required Must have at least one year of prior customer service retail or administrative support experience Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years No drug or alcohol related convictions on the driving record in the past five years Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future Must be at least 18 years old Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule: 5:30pm - 2:00am, 5 days a week Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
