What You'll Bring:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI)
• Experience performing evaluations, assessments, and consultations within a school setting
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping students overcome challenges and achieve their fullest potential

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide effective interventions
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to coordinate student plans
• Offer direct and indirect psychological services to students in need
• Support crisis intervention, behavioral planning, and preventive mental health practices
• Facilitate professional development for school staff on topics related to student well-being
• Maintain documentation, adhere to compliance regulations, and contribute to school-wide initiatives
