Service Advisor

Walser Automotive Group is seeking a West Metro Service Advisor to deliver a transparent, customer-first service experience in a modern automotive retail environment. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for service customers—greeting them, listening to concerns, and accurately writing repair orders. You’ll explain technician findings and maintenance recommendations in clear, simple terms while upholding Walser’s one-price, negotiation-free model. Working closely with technicians and parts staff, you’ll coordinate repairs, provide timely status updates, and ensure vehicles are completed on time.
