Join us for a career in sales that changes lives.A Day in the LifeThe Surgical Onsite Specialist (SOS) is responsible for providing case support and customer support, training and education, and solution implementation assistance across aligned Surgical Centers of Therapy (COTs) with a focus on GYN. This role ensures seamless product utilization by assisting with on-site procedures, addressing customer inquiries, performing equipment upgrades and maintenance, and leading training initiatives for physicians and staff within an assigned account alignment and in partnership with the territory manager. The Surgical Onsite Specialist plays a critical role in lead generation, sales support, and market expansion efforts, contributing directly to the organization’s growth and success.Territory: Atlanta, GAJob ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.Customer SupportProvide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical COTs within aligned territory.Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage.Serve as a trusted resource for physicians and surgical teams in the OR.Customer Engagement & CommunicationAct as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures.Ensure clear and effective communication between customers and colleagues.Identify and report concerns and opportunities to aligned Surgical Account Manager (SAM).Equipment Upgrades & MaintenancePerform equipment and software upgrades as required.Conduct equipment fleet audits to ensure optimal product performance and compliance.Training & EducationLead in-service training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on surgical product applications.Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, RPEs (Regional Peer Education), and Continuing Education (CE) programs.Sales & Implementation SupportAssist Surgical Account Manager (SAM) and Specialists with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives.Provide on-site support for regional conversions and product adoption strategies.Inventory ManagementMaintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products for smooth procedure execution.Ensure inventory levels meet customer and operational needs.Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s degreeMinimum of 1 year of required experienceNice to Have:1+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goalsDemonstrated success in prospecting, generating new business, and building a pipelineStrong hunter mentality with a drive to win and grow territory performanceCompetitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach to salesExperience building relationships with decision-makers and navigating customer organizationsProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environmentExcellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skillsPhysical Job RequirementsThe physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
