Accounting Operations Manager

To oversee essential financial operations, the full-time remote Accounting Operations Manager will manage payroll processing, customer billing, and accounts receivable while ensuring efficient contract administration and software licensing. Key responsibilities Manages payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments Supervises customer billing activities, including invoicing and payment application Leads accounts receivable management, focusing on collections and customer account follow-up Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in payroll, billing, accounts receivable, or related functions, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong understanding of billing processes and revenue administration Experience with software licensing and contract administration is highly desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP and billing software systems
