Remote flexibility is available for attorneys who can reliably attend court appearances and in-person obligations as needed. Note: Litigation experience is required. Job Description Represent clients throughout all phases of civil litigation. Manage case strategy from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments. Take and defend depositions. Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas. Negotiate settlements while advocating for clients' best interests. Maintain organized case files and meet litigation deadlines. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Wisconsin Bar admission or ability to practice in Wisconsin. 3+ years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Experience handling litigation matters with increasing independence. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a collaborative environment.
