This person will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping transform Salesforce into the single source of truth for prospect and client activity.\n\nResponsibilities\nSales Process Transformation\nDefine and document current and future-state workflows, ensuring prospective client activity progresses through a standardized lifecycle from Lead to Opportunity and beyond.\nPartner with business leaders to create scalable, repeatable sales processes aligned with organizational goals.\nIdentify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase adoption, visibility, reporting accuracy, and efficiency.\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering\nConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.\nTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.\nDocument current and future-state workflows and business processes.\nCollaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.\nAnalytics, Reporting & KPI Development\nTranslate standardized sales methodologies into measurable dashboard requirements and user stories.\nDefine key performance indicators, including process compliance and sales pipeline effectiveness metrics.\nDevelop functional requirements for CRM tracking, reporting, and monitoring capabilities.\nSupport data quality initiatives and improve reporting accuracy across the business.\nTesting & Implementation\nCreate and execute test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT).\nValidate system enhancements and process updates prior to deployment.\nAssist with release planning, implementation activities, and post-launch support.
