Transwestern

Transwestern is seeking a Senior Analyst, Healthcare Capital Markets to support the National Investment Sales team in analyzing and executing healthcare real estate transactions. The successful candidate will partner with brokers, develop financial models, and synthesize market data into insights. This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience, including advanced skills in financial modeling software like Argus and Excel.
