We're hiring an Entry-Level Recruiter and do not require prior recruiting experience. This role is a strong fit for individuals who have experience in both customer service and manufacturing or production environments and are ready to apply those skills in a structured, high-volume recruiting role.

• Fort Atkinson
• Oconomowoc
• Watertown

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound outreach to candidates through phone, text, email, and job platforms
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound candidate communication
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
• Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps in the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS
• Follow up with candidates to keep the hiring process moving efficiently
• Meet weekly activity and hiring goals in a structured recruiting environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in BOTH customer service AND manufacturing/production environments (required)
• Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day (high call volume)
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize effectively
• Reliable and consistent work ethic

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time, first shift
• In-office role supporting multiple locations (Oconomowoc, Fort Atkinson, Watertown)
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
