Grassroots Coordinator - Georgia

As a Grassroots Coordinator with Americans for Prosperity - Georgia you will advocate for our issues in your community and help grow the grassroots network by working alongside the local staff as a part-time employee. This role will be based in Forsyth County or Bartow County. How You Will Contribute Collaborate with AFP activists and volunteers in phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and neighborhood events related to state-based policy initiatives Work alongside local grassroots staff to execute state and local educational rallies and other grassroots events Build, maintain, and grow communities of AFP activists in coordination with grassroots staff Work directly with the state team to drive special projects related to AFP priority initiatives Help with logistics relating to canvassing literature and materials Support various grassroots activities What You Will Bring Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Determination to continually expand personal knowledge, with a dedicated commitment to lifelong learning Readiness to drive both personal and organizational evolution, aiming for greater effectiveness in our endeavors Ability to connect with teams to propel shared interests and advance the state and federal priority initiatives Exceptional customer focus skills and ability to anticipate needs Exceptional familiarity of the local landscape Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect What We Offer Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match.
