You will work closely with experienced technicians and installers, learning the skills needed to excel in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. Your Day-to-Day Assisting the Installation team with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and blown-in insulation. Aiding Technicians in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems. Performing all tasks with technical excellence to uphold our warranties and guarantees. Maintaining a positive learning attitude to become proficient in all aspects of plumbing repairs, new installations, and diagnosing service issues. Demonstrating the proper use and care of tools and equipment. Working and communicating effectively both independently and as part of a team. Installing HVAC equipment such as furnaces, residential AC units, mini splits, boilers, packaged RTUs, and more. Retrofitting and installing ductwork as necessary. Troubleshooting installation issues. Embrace and learn sales processes. Aiming to advance into a Technician or Installer role. What Does It Take? Current driver’s license with a clean driving record. Clear background check. Must obtain Universal EPA Certification within 90 days of employment. Working cell phone with internet connection. Reliable transportation. Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, and drug-free. Quick, sound decision-making abilities. Highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude towards life. Ability to demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment. Must be able to work in small attics and tight spaces.
