Sales Director – Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce

Financial Services | Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets & Corporate Banking

I’m recruiting for a fast-growing, private equity-backed global consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Sales Director to drive growth across its Salesforce Data & AI practice.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants more than simply inheriting a quota. You’ll join with warm leads to develop from day one , alongside the freedom to win new strategic accounts. As the practice grows, there is also a genuine opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team around you.

The focus is firmly on Financial Services , selling Salesforce, Data Cloud / Data 360, Agentforce and wider transformation services into major financial institutions.

Deep Financial Services experience is essential , particularly across:

  • Wealth & Asset Management
  • Capital Markets
  • Corporate Banking

We’re looking for someone who understands these markets, knows how they buy and can credibly engage senior business, technology and data stakeholders.

The opportunity

You’ll own strategic new business and account growth across Financial Services, targeting organisations investing in Salesforce, enterprise data and agentic AI .

This is a combination of new-logo acquisition and strategic account development . Importantly, you wont be starting from a blank sheet of paper – you’ll walk into warm opportunities and accounts with existing relationships , while also having the autonomy to build your own pipeline and market presence.

You’ll work closely with Salesforce alliance leaders, solution specialists and delivery teams to turn Data 360 and Agentforce capabilities into compelling Financial Services propositions.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Winning and developing strategic Financial Services accounts across Wealth & Asset Management, Capital Markets and Corporate Banking.
  • Converting warm leads and existing relationships alongside developing net-new opportunities.
  • Building senior relationships with CROs, CIOs, CDOs and business, technology and data leaders .
  • Leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles from opportunity through to close.
  • Growing accounts into multi-year, multi-solution strategic relationships .
  • Working closely with Salesforce alliance, solution and delivery specialists.
  • Building a strong, qualified pipeline and consistently delivering against quota.
  • Over time, helping shape the go-to-market strategy and building a sales team as the practice scales .

What were looking for

Youll bring a strong track record selling enterprise technology, consulting, transformation or Salesforce services into Financial Services , alongside:

  • Strong experience within the Salesforce ecosystem , ideally Salesforce, an SI/consultancy or Salesforce partner.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 and/or Agentforce .
  • A proven history of carrying and exceeding enterprise sales quotas .
  • Strong relationships and credibility within the Financial Services market.
  • Experience winning complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • The ability to engage confidently at C-suite level.
  • A consultative approach that connects Data and AI capabilities to tangible commercial outcomes .
