Staff Accountant Needed in Dallas // Growth Opportunities // Competitive Salary + 401k w/ Match Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through the preparation and posting of complex journal entries Perform complex reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany transactions, and resolve any discrepancies Responsible for assisting in month end close Ensure compliance with ASC 842 lease accounting standards Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2–3 years of general ledger (GL) accounting experience Knowledge of ASC 842 lease accounting standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel A bit about us: We serve a diverse customer base across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, and other industrial markets, helping businesses maintain safe, efficient, and productive operations.
