• Hours/week: 36 hours/week (3 shifts)

• Licenses/Certs: BLS required, ACLS preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2 years PACU or Pre/Post anesthesia care; Epic experience required, Level 1 trauma/outpatient experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality post-anesthesia and preoperative nursing care to adult patients in a PACU setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress, maintaining 1:1 patient ratios
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex procedures such as CABG, TAVR, AAA repair, and more
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Manage patients across diverse specialties, including outpatient and Level 1 trauma cases
• Respond swiftly to emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning as needed

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years recent PACU or Pre/Post anesthesia care experience
• Epic electronic health record experience
• Ability to work nights and on-call shifts

• ACLS certification
• Experience in Level 1 trauma or outpatient surgery units
• Previous charge nurse experience
