EPC Project Manager - Hybrid work schedule!

Job Details Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 per year. Location: Appleton, WI (hybrid work available). Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring every detail is covered. Define and document engineering scope with clear vision. Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables. Coordinate resources and secure necessary assets for the team. Guarantee client satisfaction and project success. Track and manage project costs effectively. Adapt to changes and communicate updates promptly. Resolve client issues and challenges swiftly. Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients. Ensure compliance with client policies and procedures. Manage budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing procedures. Anticipate future project needs and opportunities. Travel up to 30% for site visits. Ideal Candidate We need someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and the courage to challenge the status quo. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent project management experience. Proven experience managing engineering projects. Knowledge of engineering processes. Ability to build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities. Track record of delivering projects on budget and on time. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
