Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Full time, day shift position is available. The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Responsibilities The practice of physical therapy shall include: Assessment, treatment planning and implementation Education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques Addressing the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed Work independently according to licensure and practice guidelines Required qualifications Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. New Mexico Physical Therapist License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred qualifications Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Degree from accredited program. 2 years of experience in rehabilitation. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
