The Role We are actively hiring a full‑time Mid‑Market Account Executive to partner with our growth and marketing team to generate new DSO and Insurance business. As an Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You will need to understand the unique challenges our customers face, identify and connect with prospects, and then communicate how Videa can assist in providing value. You will report directly to the Head of Growth. Key Responsibilities Identifying potential target accounts through in‑depth prospecting and network building. Conduct deep discovery calls that lead to effective sales presentations and pitches to C‑Suite and other stakeholders. Building and nurturing client relationships. Hit monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas. Seek out opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell existing accounts. Self‑generate pipeline, attend tradeshows, and perform personalized outreach. Understand and satisfy client needs and challenges. Be the first line of defense when issues arise. Handle negotiations and legal calls to close more business. Stay up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions to best serve our clients. Develop prospect‑specific strategies and tactical delivery plans based on their strategic priorities. Expected travel: 25‑50%. What Success Looks Like… In 1 month Learn about the current state of healthcare, Videa’s value proposition, and the market fits for DSOs and Insurance. Complete a comprehensive onboarding process and post‑onboarding test. Leverage sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, RocketReach, Audience, Claude) to enhance productivity and manage your business development process, demonstrating teamwork with marketing and sales. In 3‑6 Months Build a prospecting plan and understand the market. Deliver demos and full pitches of Videa, running a full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Close business and meet goals. Provide feedback to product teams to improve our offerings. Attend conferences and build a strong network in the dentistry space. What You Bring 4‑8 years of professional B2B experience (preferably Dentistry or tech). BA/BS degree. Understanding of how DSOs and dental insurers operate. Strategic thinker who tackles challenging problems. Comfortable with fast‑paced environments and change. Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership orientation, and ownership. Strong self‑starter with a track record of results. Analytical and mentally agile. Bonus Points Experience in healthcare, dental, AI, or regulated environments. Base Salary Range The base salary range for this role is $110,000–$135,000 . Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
