$20.00 – $23.00 per hour | Full-Time |Monday-Friday 11:00-7:30 Location: Modesto, CA.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

* Welcome clients, families, and visitors with a warm, professional attitude * Answer phones, emails, and assist with scheduling * Keep the front office organized, stocked, and running smoothly * Update and maintain electronic client records * Support administrative and clinical teams with daily operations * Occasionally assist with client sessions under supervision (paid training provided!) * Help make sure our clinic is a safe, positive, and supportive environment

Your Skills & Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED * Bilingual (Required) * 6+ months of administrative or customer service experience (preferred, not required) * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Positive attitude, great communication skills, and reliability * Enjoys helping others and thrives in a team setting
