About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant within CORE supporting Fraud & Claims Management (FCM). In this role, you will support the learning needs of critical Fraud and Claims business functions, helping ensure frontline employees have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting regulatory and operational requirements. You will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Enterprise Learning & Development teams to design, deliver, and facilitate training programs that drive workforce readiness and performance.

This position supports teams across Claims & Recovery and Fraud Detection Operations, including Credit Card Claims, Debit/ACH/Check Claims, Online Claims, Recovery & Restitution Processing, Identity Theft Assistance, Fraud Alert Investigation, Account Takeover, Online Banking Fraud, Payment Fraud, and other high-risk fraud prevention and detection functions.

As a Senior Business Execution Consultant, you will create and maintain learning content, facilitate instructor-led and virtual training programs, manage classroom delivery, manage leadership relationships, and support onboarding and transition initiatives. You will collaborate with line-of-business partners to identify skill gaps, develop learning solutions, and ensure employees are prepared to navigate complex customer situations, mitigate risk, and maintain compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
• Manage implementation of complex learning and development solutions for various learning audiences through in the moment consultation, facilitation, or coaching sessions to ensure effectiveness of business and managerial styles
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, business execution, project management, or a combination of these areas.
• Experience designing end-to-end learning journeys, facilitation strategies, workshops, and training programs that drive engagement and business outcomes.
• Experience designing simulations, case studies, scenarios, and interactive learning activities that build critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and experiential learning methodologies.
• Experience developing, updating, and maintaining training curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, reference materials, and learning content.
• Experience converting instructor-led training into digital learning solutions, including e-learning, virtual training, videos, and interactive resources.
• Advanced proficiency with learning and content development tools, including Epiplex, Camtasia, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, to create multimedia learning assets, graphics, animations, and instructional videos.
• Demonstrated experience using Techsmith Camtasia for video production, screen capture, editing, narration, and instructional content development.
• Experience evaluating learning effectiveness and enhancing content based on learner feedback, performance metrics, business needs, and regulatory changes.
• Strong facilitation design skills with experience creating content for instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid learning environments.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop targeted training solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design skills with experience creating visually engaging training materials and executive-ready learning presentations.

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Must be willing to adjust schedule to support different times zones as needed
• Ability to work additional hours and flex schedule to meet the needs of the business
