Our client is a major civil engineering contractor, with an excellent track record of delivery and achievement across the UK. Growth and internal promotion has created an opportunity for an established operations Manager to take control of its residential infrastructure business. Based in Kent and working throughout the southern home counties / south‑east London, you will be operationally responsible for all pre‑contract and on‑site activity of this fast‑paced and vibrant business. Responsibilities Operationally responsible for all pre‑contract and on‑site activity of the residential infrastructure business. Day‑to‑day operations management and leadership of cross‑project teams. Reporting to the Managing Director and responsible for Health & Safety, quality and project progress. Qualifications Experience in similar organisations within the infrastructure sector. Background in specialist subcontract businesses with experience managing teams across multiple projects.
