Nexus MedPro Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Assignment Details

Specialty: Medical Surgical
Location: Wilmington, NC
Schedule: Night, 3×12-hour shifts
Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Hours: 36 hours/week
Start Date: October 12, 2026
Duration: 26 weeks
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,124/week
Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
Every other weekend
Float required
First-time travelers accepted
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience — hard stop
BLS required
Medical Surgical experience
IV therapy and phlebotomy
Blood product administration
PICC/peripheral line management
Respiratory and oxygen therapy
Feeding tube and ostomy care
Renal and pre/post hemodialysis management
Heparin, insulin, and PCA administration
Cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
Wound/wound vac care
MS/Tele and telemetry experience preferred
Scheduling Requirements
Every other weekend
Floating required
Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
Must be available to work holidays
No block scheduling except approved weekend blocks
