"Extraordinary made simple."We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and operational standards. This role provides frontline leadership to production teams during the night shift, ensuring efficient production flow, staffing coordination, and timely resolution of operational issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing and technical background, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively during off-shift operations. This position works closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams to maximize efficiency, reduce downtime, maintain product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.RESPONSIBILITIES:Safety: Ensure consistent enforcement of Safety policies including PPE useQuality: Ensure the close adherence to the production schedule in compliance with our quality standardsProcess Management: Ensure close adherence to the daily schedule through close managementPeople Management: Recruit new employees; determine temporary labor needs; staff positions according to the scheduleContinuous Improvement: Continuously improve performance based on the key performance indicatorsEnvironmental Responsibilities: Oversee the efficient implementation of quality standards, programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies and reduce/eliminate production waste and HOLD productQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred.5-7 years supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environment required; food manufacturing preferredEnglish language proficiencyLean manufacturing experience preferredTrack record of problem solvingStrong organizational skills and autonomyLeadership and outstanding communication skillsComputer literacy requiredAbility to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraintsAbility to operate in a team environmentAbility to adapt in a changing work environmentPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to safely lift 50 lbsAbility to work 12-hour shifts (Alternating Weekend Schedule)Ability to bend and reach files and cabinets where records are storedOffice environment repetitive motion through computer use is requiredManufacturing environment operating in areas where high noise, machinery, and chemicals are presentWhy Join Us:Irca Group offers career growth opportunities as well as competitive compensation and benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision, 401(k) matching, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and Employee Education Tuition Reimbursement Program.
