Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

Post Medicare payments and reconcile resident account balances Process and follow up on Co-Insurance and Managed Care claims Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and vendor denials Enter Medicare billing information and ancillary charges into the billing system Assist with Illinois Medicaid billing, reporting, and follow-up activities Maintain AR reports and support reimbursement tracking efforts

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Clerk:

SNF billing experience with Managed Care claims (required) 3+ years of healthcare billing experience Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and accounts receivable processes PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads
