Sr. Analyst, Global Cost & Inventory Consolidations

Description Overview The Senior Analyst supports the Global Cost and Inventory Consolidation team in delivering enterprise-wide costing and inventory reporting. Accountable for ongoing execution, maintenance, and value realization of the global costing solution within S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN). Scope of the Role Maintain and support the global costing solution and mapping structures within S/4HANA Central Finance (CFIN) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment. Execute and coordinate global costing month-end close activities for timely, accurate results. Perform monthly reconciliation of global costing results; analyze and resolve variances. Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate elimination of intercompany sales and COGS. Collaborate to enhance data quality and promote consistency in global reporting. Develop and sustain product profitability reports and drive standardized reporting across CFIN and EDW. Support acquisition and divestiture activities within the global costing framework. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years progressive experience in a large corporate environment. Strong knowledge of financial accounting/auditing and publicly traded company control environment, including U.S. GAAP. SAP experience, with understanding of inventory and cost data structures/processes. Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Foundational knowledge of SOX/internal controls. High attention to detail; capable of independent work and meeting deadlines. Process automation interest/desirable (scripting/task automation tools).
