They support complex infrastructure initiatives end-to-end—from planning and design through permitting, construction management, and inspection—serving both public and private sector clients. With deep expertise across transportation, energy, telecommunications, and water infrastructure, they play a critical role in advancing large-scale, high-impact projects. Essential Functions Perform high-volume data entry for project and billing information using Deltek Vision, Excel, and other systems. Coordinate with regional/corporate accounting teams and Project Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing. Support accounts receivable processes, including documentation, database updates, filing, reporting, and issue resolution. Assist with QA/QC to ensure accuracy and compliance of billing data. Provide general support to the accounts receivable team as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of accounts receivable or related experience; Deltek experience preferred. High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems. Familiarity with ADP.
