Required/Desired Skills

Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment using Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools - Required - 9 Years

Strong understanding of Agile principles, backlog refinement, and user story lifecycle management - Required - 9 Years

Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. - Required - 9 Years

Ability to create detailed documentation and visual artifacts to support development efforts - Required - 9 Years

Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart or other diagramming software - Required - 9 Years

Question1 - Do you understand, and will abide by, the provision in your subcontract with OST that it is PROHIBITED for government equipment to be taken or used outside of the United States by your contractors? The consequences of this occurring can and will result in repercussions to you, the prime vendor, regardless if the candidate works for a sub-vendor of yours. It will also result in immediate termination of the contractor and make them ineligible for rehire in the program.
