Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program for a utility organization. The Scrum Master will lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage cross-team dependencies, and support delivery within a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.Must-Have Requirements5+ years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments.Scrum Master experience supporting an ERP implementation program or SAP support organization.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (strongly preferred) or major ERP platforms.Expert-level experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, reporting, and Agile metrics.Experience working in SAFe or scaled Agile environments.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.Experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and impediments.Excellent facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.Preferred QualificationsUtility industry experience.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.Experience supporting ERP data migration, testing, cutover, or deployment activities.Experience working with SAP functional, technical, and business teams.Knowledge of PMO governance, RAID logs, stage gates, and release management.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as Scrum Master for 1–2 Agile teams supporting SAP S/4HANA delivery.Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SAP Consultants, and System Integrators to maintain and prioritize backlogs.Track team velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and Agile metrics.Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers across workstreams.Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Architects, and program stakeholders.Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other scaled Agile ceremonies.Ensure alignment between Agile teams and traditional PMO governance requirements.Support integration with waterfall-driven activities such as data migration, testing, and cutover.Applicant Notices & DisclaimersFor information on benefits, equal opportunity employment, and location-specific applicant notices, click here
