Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid/Remote Position | This position begins with required in-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. Equipment is provided after training.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll act as a critical link between our team and the Social Security Administration (SSA), ensuring cases are accurate, up to date, and progressing efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between our firm and the SSA

Track and verify claim statuses

Identify and resolve discrepancies in case records

Monitor deadlines and prepare correspondence

Maintain accurate and organized case documentation

Support administrative and case management tasks as needed
