DescriptionComplex Human Resources ManagerGENERAL SUMMARY:This position plans and administers policies relating to all phases of HR activity by performing the following duties or through subordinate supervisor.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Identifies legal requirements and governmental reporting regulations.Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill salaried and hourly positions. Plans and conducts new employee orientation.Keeps records of benefits plans.Coordinates management training.Oversees and administers complex compensation programs.Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee-related issues.Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.Administers benefits programs.Provide HR leadership to management team.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:5 to 7years experiencein HR management or supervision requiredBroad knowledge of federal and state employment lawsGeneral knowledge of benefits and compensation administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent technical skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and HR-SAP)Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferredEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and training.Why Work for Pilgrim’s?Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base Salary range of $108,714.00 - $132,086.70Incentive Pay:This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; andCareer Development: Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs;Better FuturesThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
