Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Heartland Wellness Center, you will:

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations, ensuring both privacy and compliance.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to facilitate coordinated patient care and maximize treatment efficacy.

• Engage in regular case reviews and peer consultations to continuously refine your skills and enhance the treatment provided to clients.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge, resources, and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work with a varied patient demographic, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
