Our office, Mass Oral Surgery, in Norwood, MA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our busy specialty practice. This position will also support our Mansfield location. Candidates must be flexible and willing to provide coverage at each location as needed.

Our office is looking for a talented and pleasant patient care coordinator to take on all administrative and front office duties to provide an exceptional experience to all patients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include making a positive and lasting first impression. The ideal candidate should bridge the gap between customer obsession and clerical management. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while during their visit which means the following:

• Must travel to Mansfield location as needed
• Welcoming patients to the dental office
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
• Check, sort and forward emails
• Keep updates records and files
• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper ect.)

As an essential member of our office, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Your background should include the following:

• Dental or Medical experience required
• Familiarity with office machines (e.g fax, printer ect.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Problem-solving skills
• Customer service orientation
• A high school diploma
• Desires to help your patients
