Hybrid work arrangement offers flexibility and growth opportunities.Job DescriptionFund Accounting Manager OverviewThe Fund Accounting Manager role offers a dynamic opportunity to oversee outsourced CFO services and financial operations for diverse clients.Collaborate with investment managers, early-stage businesses, and growing companies to strengthen financial infrastructure and reporting frameworks.Lead client engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial operations and reporting processes.Provide hands-on execution combined with advisory support to scale clients' financial and operational capabilities.Work closely with clients to improve reporting visibility and support strategic financial decision-making.Serve as a primary liaison to clients, auditors, administrators, and other professional service providers.Supervise and mentor Senior Associates and Associates, fostering professional growth and technical expertise.Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting operational transitions to ensure seamless integration.Fund Accounting Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead the execution of outsourced CFO services, financial reporting, and accounting operations for clients.Oversee financial reporting processes, including general ledger activity, reconciliations, and reporting packages.Review NAV calculations, capital accounts, and management company accounting for investment management clients.Provide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling support to clients.Strengthen financial infrastructure, reporting frameworks, and operational processes for client organizations.Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.Collaborate with auditors, administrators, and other service providers to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.Support onboarding and operational transitions for new clients, ensuring smooth integration.Fund Accounting Manager Job RequirementsBachelor of Arts (BA) degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.Minimum of 6 years of experience in fund accounting or financial management; 8 years preferred.Proven expertise in NAV calculations, capital accounts, and management company accounting.Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes, reconciliations, and general ledger activity.Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial modeling.Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth.Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and professional service providers.Hybrid work arrangement offering flexibility and collaboration opportunities.
