Job Description
The Personal Injury Paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys by managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with client communications in personal injury matters. This in-office position benefits from convenient public transit access, requiring no car for commuting. Fluency in Spanish and litigation experience are advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize personal injury case files and documentation
- Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Coordinate communication between clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
- Conduct factual and legal research related to injury claims
- Prepare discovery responses, settlement packages, and trial exhibits
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and maintain case calendars
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- Experience in litigation and trial preparation
- Familiarity with personal injury law procedures and terminology
