Job Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Live-In Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one care in a client’s home. Candidates must have a strong skilled nursing background and be comfortable assisting with wound care, and providing high-quality personal care. Responsibilities Provide compassionate live-in care and supervision. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition. Assist with medication reminders and prescribed care plans. Perform wound care according to the physician’s orders and agency protocols (required experience). Administer daily injections as prescribed (LPNs only). Maintain accurate documentation of care provided. Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed. Perform light housekeeping related to the client’s care. Communicate effectively with family members, physicians, and the care team. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the client. Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Active LPN license in good standing. Skilled nursing experience required. Experience with wound care management. Ability to administer daily injections safely and accurately. Current CPR certification. Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in hospice, rehabilitation, or long-term care. Experience with diabetic care, chronic wound management, and post-surgical recovery. Ability to work independently in a home setting.
