You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers, human resources, recruiters, and candidates in facilitating a smooth and positive recruiting and onboarding experience at Swire Coca-Cola. Responsibilities:Partner closely with Recruiters to assist candidates throughout their pre-employment screening and onboarding processDraft offer letters and send for approval, compiling all the necessary detailsOrder Pre-Employment Screenings and verify compliance with company guidelinesTroubleshoot background and drug screen issues to ensure timely turnaroundComplete hire forms to initiate employee record in HRISAssist Candidates with Day One activities, such as, completing I-9's and onboarding forms; as well as hosting OrientationsUse proactivity and attention to detail to coordinate and track an extensive amount of applicant data in a timely mannerWork collaboratively with hiring leaders and human resources peers to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholdersProvide suggestions to Talent Acquisition Leadership to improve candidate experienceAct as a backup to the other Talent Acquisition CoordinatorsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:1+ years of administrative or customer service experience requiredExperience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook requiredExperience in Human Resources and/or managing background and drug screen processes preferred
