You support our team as Business Development Manager arrow_drop_down Qualifications arrow_right Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, strategic sales, account management, or commercial leadership within the Oil&Gas - Offshore industry. Demonstrated experience working with owner/operators, EPC contractors, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial end users. Proven success identifying and securing major project opportunities and long-term customer relationships. Strong understanding of industrial products, engineered solutions, or pressure containment technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, opportunity management tools, and business analytics. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience within refining, petrochemical, LNG, power generation, nuclear, hydrogen, renewable fuels, or carbon capture industries. Knowledge of structured sales methodologies. Technical understanding of piping systems, pressure equipment, engineered connectors, sealing technologies, or related industrial products.
