As part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with other mental health professionals across different specializations, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ familial dynamics and individual psychological states to identify sources of conflict and areas for growth.

• Engage in active listening to understand client perspectives regarding disruptions within their family structures, fostering an environment of trust and openness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to develop personalized treatment plans that address diverse mental health issues, familial challenges, and grief processing.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families that promote healing and the strengthening of relational bonds.

• Formulate clear and comprehensive reports that serve as expert testimony in legal matters, supporting family mediations and custody discussions.

• Provide expert consultations and balanced testimonies as required by local legal scenarios.

• Continuously seek out and clarify potential environmental resources that clients can leverage to support their mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients range from individuals grappling with personal issues, couples seeking to enhance their relationships, to entire families in need of guidance and support. As an LMFT, you will work closely with a diverse patient population that includes varying backgrounds, cultural contexts, and unique emotional challenges. Your work will directly contribute to restoring family harmony and improving individual mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current LMFT license in Texas, with the ability to practice independently.

• Completion of at least one year of supervised clinical practice, in line with state licensing requirements.

• Proficiency in using evidence-based therapeutic techniques for individual, couple, and family therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
