Manufacturing Engineer (Tooling)

Overview Job Description & Skill Requirement: Floor Oriented; 5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience; ability to read prints; proven record of continuous improvement; fiberglass experience is a plus; automotive / agricultural experience is preferred; floor communication skill is a must — working with assembly workers; IE work is secondary but accepted; demonstrated focus on safety; absolute ability to work within a cross functional team; ability to work autonomously when needed; tool design experience is preferred; basic metrology (calipers, straight edge, measuring tape).
