Maintenance Lead

Target Hospitality seeks a Maintenance I professional to support facilities and lodging operations in our workforce housing communities. In this entry-level role, you will perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on units, public areas, and support systems, helping ensure safe, comfortable accommodations in remote hospitality settings. Responsibilities include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, responding to work orders, and assisting with turnovers and grounds upkeep.
