Facility Maintenance Manager
Target Hospitality
Target Hospitality is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our remote lodging and workforce housing facilities. In this fast-paced, service-oriented role, you will oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems to ensure safe, reliable accommodations. You will supervise technicians, coordinate contractors, manage budgets and inventory, and enforce strict safety and compliance standards. Partner closely with operations and hospitality teams to minimize downtime and support high-quality guest experiences across large-scale projects.
