Position Overview Nelson Mullins is seeking a litigation associate to join its Atlanta office at 201 17th Street NW in Atlantic Station. Responsibilities & Qualifications You have two to three years of meaningful experience in commercial and complex litigation matters . Prior service as a federal court clerk is a plus. You’re prepared to draft and argue discovery and other motions, take and defend depositions, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the team. You possess exceptional organizational, oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and a solid understanding of procedural and substantive law. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar .
