FT - Cleaning Supervisor - Mechanicsville - (301 and 295 Interchange Area)

We are seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and caring employees to provide janitorial services and janitorial supervision for our clients' offices in the Richmond area.Location: Mechanicsville, VA (301 and 295 Interchange Area)Pay: $20/hrTime: 7am-4pm (40 hrs/week)Job Duties:General Cleaners and Supervisors:Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for the occupants of this facility.Perform cleaning tasks which will include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.Effectively and cost-efficiently execute the cleaning plan for the building.Work productively with your ServiceMaster team members.Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.Floor Techs:Strip, refinish, buff and burnish hard surface floors.Experience leading crews.Machine scrub tile and grout floors.Clean carpets using extraction, low moisture encapsulation and roto/bonnet techniques.Treat and restore various types of stone floors.Clean upholstered furniture and cubicle panels.Other specialty cleaning projects.When necessary, perform cleaning tasks which can include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.Follow all company and client rules, policies and regulations Job Qualifications:Be authorized to work in the United States.Minimum Age:16+ years oldEducation and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.About Us:Proudly serving Virginia since 1974, ServiceMaster Services is the go-to provider of daily janitorial services.
