You will drive enrollment expansion and cultivate parent advocacy at a California campus. Your mission is to establish a student waitlist of at least 150 by generating regional visibility, conducting compelling family dialogues, managing the inquiry-to-enrollment journey, and empowering enrolled parents to serve as visible ambassadors for Alpha. Alpha's students accomplish core academic requirements in two hours daily through AI-enabled instruction, dedicating remaining time to real-world competencies. You must confidently articulate how AI enhances learning, recognize its boundaries, and demonstrate why Alpha's approach delivers superior results. What You Will Be Doing Generate regional visibility through strategic partnerships, grassroots outreach, workshops, and events that attract qualified prospective families Facilitate information sessions and individualized discussions that advance families from initial interest to confirmed enrollment Maintain responsive follow-up, document family priorities and hesitations, and strengthen conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment Transform enrolled parents into knowledgeable advocates who drive referrals and enhance Alpha's standing in the community Address family concerns with sensitivity and discernment while safeguarding Alpha's educational philosophy and institutional standards Apply AI tools regularly to craft communications, identify feedback trends, refine outreach strategies, and clarify Alpha's AI-powered methodology for parents What You Won’t Be Doing Overseeing day-to-day school logistics such as attendance tracking, scheduling, or parent-teacher meetings Organizing social programming without direct links to enrollment goals, advocacy development, or community expansion Serving as a passive issue-resolution contact or simply distributing updates to parents Modifying Alpha's educational framework to accommodate individual family preferences Operating primarily from an office or depending solely on email correspondence Director Of Family Engagement Key Responsibilities Expand the campus waitlist to a minimum of 150 students through coordinated community outreach, effective family conversion, parent advocacy development, and sustained family engagement.
