The Senior Manager RN ASC provides leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Operating Room, Pain Management, Procedural Room, Central Sterile Processing Department, Endoscopy, Pre-Op, and PACU departments. This position partners closely with physicians and ASC leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement. Primary Responsibilities: Lead daily ASC clinical operations Manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and resources Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate staff Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety compliance Drive quality improvement initiatives Partner with providers and leadership to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or seven years of comparable ASC experience Current BLS certification 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in perioperative or endoscopy settings Proven solid Microsoft Office skills Preferred Qualifications: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Specialty certification Ambulatory Surgery Center experience AAAHC preparation experience Proven advanced computer skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
