ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2011 and has grown into a team of 13 across two offices. I started my career as a State Farm team member and have been with the company since college, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for building a supportive, high-performing team.

We stay active in the community by sponsoring local events and supporting organizations throughout the area. Being involved locally is something I truly enjoy and believe is an important part of running an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nicole Williams - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
