Senior Human Resources Manager

A rapidly growing manufacturing organization in the Austell, GA area is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who can effectively partner with senior leadership while remaining closely connected to employees and operations. This onsite position reports directly to the Site General Manager.

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including oversight of 150+ employees.

• Previous experience serving as the top HR leader and working directly with senior executives.

• Manufacturing or distribution experience required, including experience supporting a 24/5 operation.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

• SHRM-CP certification required; additional HR certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, OSHA, Medicare, Social Security, and DOL requirements.

• Demonstrated experience with employee relations, investigations, performance management, and advising senior leadership.

• Experience with HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational development.

• Microsoft Office proficiency required; Paylocity HRIS experience preferred.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead employee relations, workplace investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, and performance management.

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee retention initiatives.

• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including annual reviews, merit increases, and vendor relationships.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain HR policies, records, and the employee handbook.

• Oversee HR systems, reporting, analytics, and process improvements.

• Develop and coordinate employee, supervisor, and leadership training and development.

• Build strong relationships throughout the organization while promoting accountability, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.
