The restaurant features elegant indoor dining with floor-to-ceiling windows, a spacious outdoor deck capturing the sights and sounds of the waves, and Splashes Bar — a sophisticated yet inviting space with prime oceanfront seating perfect for sunset cocktails, small plates, and relaxed luxury.

We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant General Manager to lead this restaurant operation that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role for a true hospitality professional who thrives as the "conductor" in the heart of the dining room. You will act as the face of Splashes — a charismatic maître d' personality who is constantly on the floor, personally engaging with guests, building relationships, and ensuring every detail of the service experience is executed at the highest level. With deep expertise in wine, food, and Coastal California Cuisine, you will guide both guests and the team with genuine knowledge and passion.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial operator with a proven background in independent, high-end restaurants. You are energized by running a luxury venue as if it were your own — driving operational excellence, elevating guest satisfaction, mentoring a talented team, and continuously evolving the Splashes experience while protecting its reputation for warmth, elegance, and unforgettable oceanfront dining.

The expected base wage range for this position is: $104,700-$115,800 per year. This position may be eligible for additional compensation according to the Company's policies, as they may be amended from time to time.
