Job Description Job Description Dermott City Nursing Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Dermott, AR. The CNA will provide essential support in delivering high-quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Provide support with mobility and transfers as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure quality care. Follow all policies, procedures, and standards of care set by the facility and state regulations. Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Arkansas. Previous experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work flexible shifts and be a reliable team member.
